wow, NICE post!
I would LOVE to “visit your support page” but unfortunately ALL of your links are incorrect EVEN the ones in the Client Area all point to some other URL which points me back to another URL … thus I can’t “Submit a Ticket” … and your sad documentation still took me30 minutes to figure out how to download the latest version as, even in the client area, the download link links to a green and white site that sends me back to the client area!
Please. Please. fix the links in your emails and documentation!
Hello, it would seem that the issue is most likely your browser or browser settings. We do not have any reports from other users of this issue and as soon as you reported the issue, I logged in with our test account as well as your account, both of which worked without any issues.
What is happening is that you are logging in, the browser is not saving the details and when you click on another link, you are again asked to login as your status can not be verified due to your browser settings.

i really need to speak to someone about handling multiple sucscriptions on wordpress over multiple site and restritions for non members on certain pages and evenn restrictions for members on certain pages. Is there any chance i could online chat or telephone chat.
