As a rule, this field is normally filled by default, but you do have the option to change it to direct to another page of your blog or site of choice.
  3. Cancel URL – In the event where a person can not complete the transaction or cancel the payment process without making the payment successfully, this will be the page the person will be directed to.

This works in the same way as the return URL. It is likely that this field will also be filled by default by WP-Member plug-in and can also be altered to suit your specific requirements.
