We have just launched our new style website. As WP-Member.com grew, it reached a tipping point where the present design was beginning to restrict the usage of our website.
Our new design provides fluid access to content in a reader friendly format, swiftly and accurately.
We have also made a number of other changes which are listed below
Altered existing content and added new articles to our wp-Member knowledgebase located on SmartMediaPro.com.
Added new support pages to WP-Member.com.
Added new Troubleshooting Tips.
Added new sliding information bar on our front page to enable a better overview of the features and functions offered by WP-Member.
Added new departments to our ticketed support system to allow a more secure process with reduced possibility of e-mail issues which in turn allows us to reply to customers support tickets more swiftly.
License structure altered. We have changed the way that we provide licenses. We used to have 3 one site license options, 1 with no support, 1 with standard support and 1 with total support. We now have just one license option available which comes with no support and has support plans available at a discount as license addons. This makes it easier for customers to create the package that is best for them as well as enabling us to see more easily which support plans customers have when opening a support ticket which will enable us to provide replies must faster.
These changes all help us further streamline our website and process, increasing the over all quality of service received by all customers.
