If you have a separate plugin that adds your users to aweber, there should be no reason that it would not work with wp-Member. wp-Member does not have an option to send users to aweber. This is primarily because users would need to be sent to aweber after completing their payment. There are many aweber plugins available, plus many autoresponder plugins so you can fully control all your autoresponder emails without having to pay for someone like aweber to do the same work.
