To be able to download a product, you must have first purchased the relevant product and also have an active support and update plan so that you can access the latest software updates.
We provide many downloads for a range of products. Each product can be downloaded from your client area where all your products and services are stored within your account.
To download your product, simply do the following:
1) Login to the client area.
2) Click on the “my services” link at the top of the page.
3) Click on the icon to the right of the relevant product.
4) Here you can view the latest information relating to your product or service. All available downloads can be found towards the bottom of this page.
Q: Which version should I download?
A: You should always download the latest, most recent version unless otherwise instructed.
