On Demand Support €13 per year Live on demand support gives you direct on demand support when you need it, where you need it. Our award winning support team will be available round the clock to answer your questions, queries and solve any problems that you may have. On demand support is available via live online support and e-mail. If no live support agents are free, our system will take a few details from you and allert a member of our support team as soon as they become available. The agent will then reply with an answer as soon as possible. |

Total Support €115 per year Full on demand and hands on support. A member of our support team will be on hand to jump into your blog and anylise any problems you may be having. They can help you through every step of the plugin implementation process as well as setting up your plugin on your blog. This option is ideal for online magazines or sites with high subscription volumes and the need for instant support on any problems, settings or just someone on hand to offer advice. |
