We will provide support directly to you, the license holder. Standard support is included with our developer license as standard. You can upgrade your support package to On Demand or Total Support by buying the support package here.

2) Customer Support (Single)
You can purchase extended support packages for your customers allowing them to contact us directly. Ideal if only a few of your customers require direct support. You can purchase our support packages for your customers by clicking here where you will find our full range with latest prices.

3) Customer Support (Bulk)
We have created a range of special support packages providing direct support for all your customer as well as giving a massive 50% discount when compared against single support options. The following shows all 3 bulk support plans.

Standard Support

This is our entry level support plan which will suit most smaller websites. The standard support plan provides you with unlimited updates and access to our online support team who will be happy to assist you with any relevant queries you may have.

Total Support

Total Support is our Premium support plan which will suit all other, larger, high value or critical websites. As a total support customer, you will receive priority assistance from our team of Wordpress experts. We will provide hands on support for all areas of your wordpress blog including plugins, themes and the wordpress core system and settings.
Our support staff are available around the clock to assist you in any way they can. Stay up to date, our experts can even install wp-Member updates as they are released, ensuring your site is using the latest plugin version. If required, we can even update wordpress and other plugins when updates are available.

When will my support plan be added to my account?

Once you have ordered your support plan, it will be instantly added to your account. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and you will be able to use your new support plan straight away.
